HIS ORIGINAL PLAN FULFILLED

Revival City's objective is to help EVERYONE to ABIDE IN CHRIST and be transformed into the image and likeness of our Father, who is in Heaven. It's the Father and Son's original plan fulfilled in us by faith guided and directed by Holy Spirit. HIS original plan is the only one that has been fulfilled IN CHRIST.

Genesis 1:26-28 " Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Romans 12:2 "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."

Revival City is compromised of elders, leaders, and congregates who are all exercising their gifts of the Spirit within the body of Christ.

Ephesians 4:12 "for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ."

Equipping one another and stirring one another up toward good works. To present a family, tribe, and community whose desire is to reach the community while reviving people from brokenness, lack of identity, and shame.

Our Call

Revive one person that revives one family, one neighborhood, and an entire city.

Ephesians 3:14-21 " For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen."

Revival City is a non-denominational church that believes in the five-fold ministry (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers) who help equip the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-12). We strictly believe what the Bible says. God’s Word is alive and active and sharper than any two-edged sword. The gifts of the Spirit are for today and have not been lost or eradicated. According to Scripture, every believer can cast out demons, raise the dead, and heal the sick (Matthew 10:8).

Our HIStory

In 2021, Aaron and Emily Garcia heard the voice of God tell them, “Position yourself in such a way to be prepared to GO!”

Little did they know, God called them to sell their house, quit their jobs, and move into an RV and travel the nation, bringing revival everywhere they went.

They sold everything and left Missouri. In the midst of wondering where their first destination would be, they received their first assignment from God, “Washington County, Utah.”

On their way to Washington County, Utah, Aaron received a vision of a, “tent,” and a, “field.” Miraculously, a tent would show up at a church on its way to Utah, and nobody knew where it came from.

They high-tailed it to St. George, Utah, where a man would reach out and allow them to use his field to have revival. It would be a “Blue Ford” that Aaron’s buddy said to be looking for that would confirm God’s destination.

A Blue Ford tractor sat directly on the field, and Aaron was blown away by the 100% confirmation he requested.

In less than one week, revival broke out at the tent. Hundreds upon hundreds came to receive miracles, healings, and restoration. It became the Southern Utah Revival that happened in 2022.

During the outbreak, Aaron heard from the Lord that his family was to plant a church here in Washington County, Utah. To this date, it is considered one of the greatest anomalies, and there is no doubt this is a movement of God. The Southern Utah Revival then transformed into Revival City Church, where so many lives are being transformed and “Revived” to this date.

Our Crew

Aaron & Emily Garcia

Aaron & Emily Garcia are the Lead Pastors for Revival City. They have been in ministry for over 12 years now and sold everything to answer the call of God. They believe in a church that reaches “Outside the four walls” and relies on the Spirit of God to do it instead of following man’s religion. Their mission is to bring fame to His name everywhere they go. Aaron generally preaches the Gospel globally but has now been called to preach domestically by God. Both of them function apostolically and desire to generate a body of Christ who operates in the gifts of the Spirit, where everyone in the church is used for His glory. Aaron, his wife, Emily, and their three children all reside in St. George, Utah.

Russell & Elsa Jones

Russell & Elsa Jones are leaders here at Revival City and operate as shepherds for the body. Coming from a background of religion, both of them have been pulled out of man’s ways and brought into God’s glorious Kingdom. Russell & Elsa care for, nurture, guide, counsel, and love the body of Christ. Elsa is a leader in the Spanish community. Russell’s heart is to be fully in God’s will. They currently live in St. George, Utah.

Gigi Reed

Gigi Reed is a leader here at Revival City and operates in the office of a prophet and administrative assistant. After being saved in 2010, Gigi was miraculously revived on March 2022 at the Southern Utah Revival. Gigi came from a history of drug addiction, prostitution, sexual abuse, and brokenness but has now been restored as a daughter of God. Her passion is to reach the forgotten, the addicted, the hopeless, the mentally ill, and women who have been trafficked. Gigi, her husband, and three children all reside in St. George, Utah.

Kiel & Carri Brown

Kiel & Carri Brown are faithful leaders here at Revival City. Kiel operates in the gift of prophecy and teaching and is dedicated to prayer. His wife, Carri has a gift of hospitality and helps provide meals for the church. Both of them have the heart to see the broken restored, the lost found, and souls saved. Kiel & Carri and their two children reside in St. George, Utah.

Gerra & Tina Paleka

Gerra & Tina Paleka are born-again believers who have given up their lives for Jesus. As leaders, their passion is to see those who are bound by religion to be set free through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Their huge Hawaiian family has helped them to see the importance of why God designed for His church to be a community. Tina, her husband, Gerra, and most of their family reside in Hurricane, Utah.

Kristy Lozano

Kristy Lozano has the fire of God burning deep within her soul. Kristy is a leader here at Revival City who leads outreach and steps out into the community to bring people to Christ. Her desire is to set the addicts and unprivileged free from bondage and to bring them into His glorious Light. Kristy, her husband, and their children all reside in St. George, Utah.

Viri Jimenez

Viri Jimenez is a watchman for the body of Christ and operates in the gift of prophecy. She is a leader here at Revival City who receives revelation and words of wisdom from God. Her heart is to worship the Father and see His name glorify. She is one of the pillars to this movement. Viri, and her two children, live in Washington, Utah.
