THE PROMISE: NOTHING CAN SEPARATE YOU FROM CHRIST’S LOVE

"For I am persuaded that not even death or life, angels or rulers, things present or things to come, hostile powers, height or depth, or any other created thing will have the power to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39 HCSB

Christ’s love for you is personal. He loves you so much that He gave His life in order that you might spend all eternity with Him. Christ loves you individually and deeply; His is a love unbounded by time or circumstance.

Jesus does not want you to be a run-of-the-mill, follow-the-crowd kind of person. He wants you to become a “new creation” through Him. And that’s exactly what you should want for yourself too.

Are you willing to experience the ultimate relationship with Jesus? Christ is waiting patiently. Your past has nothing to do with your current reality. The only thing that matters is your choice. Will you make Him wait longer? That’s available to you.

Will you have a quid pro quo relationship with Jesus where you will be good to Him only if He is good to you. That is not how it works, but that thinking is available to you. I wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t make Him wait a single minute longer. Embrace His love today.

Our Prayer: Thank You Lord for Your Son. His love is boundless, infinite, and eternal. Today, let me pause and reflect upon Christ’s love for me, and let me share that love with all those who cross my path. Amen.
