Have You Ever Considered Letting "Nothing" Do The Work?
"Nothing can be farther from the TRUTH!”
I’m sure you’ve heard that clever statement before. It means, in this case, that “nothing” is a “something,” and regardless of whatever the “something” is, it's NOT going to separate us from God’s love, which is TRUTH!
"But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that NOTHING, NEITHER death, NOR life, NOR angels, NOR principalities, NOR things present, NOR things to come, NOR powers, NOR height, NOR depth, NOR any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:37-39
NOTHING will separate those in Christ Jesus from the love of God, absolutely NOTHING! NO ONE! NOR will anything...
John 14:6 - "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the TRUTH, and the life; NO ONE comes to the Father but through Me."
To the believer, NOTHING is SOMETHING, and this “NOTHING” is something very BIG - Giant even.
1 John 5:20 - "And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is TRUE; and we are in Him who is TRUE, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the TRUE God and eternal life."
“NOTHING” is important because it connects us to the true one, THE TRUTH, a forever-connection that CANNOT be broken!
Philippians 2:3 - "Do NOTHING from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves;"
“NOTHING” is so big, I’m hoping to convince people to pay some attention to this BIG GIANT NOTHING, cause doing NOTHING will change your life for the better!
James 1:4 - "And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in NOTHING."
When “NOTHING” is Our Truth
The Bible says we can do NOTHING against the Truth, NOTHING! Doing NOTHING is sometimes exactly what we need to do.
2 Corinthians 13:8 - "For we can do nothing against the TRUTH, but only for the TRUTH."
The TRUTH stands alone and supports everything else. The TRUTH stands on its own and needs NOTHING to support it, absolutely NOTHING!
1 Timothy 2:4 - "who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the TRUTH."
The Bible promises that TRUTH will prevail and nothing can stop it. The Bible declares that ‘TRUTH” is the Word of God, and the Word of God is Jesus Christ, the Son of God!
Romans 8:31 - "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?"
The name “John” literally means “Grace.” John the Baptist was a prophet that came to announce the coming of the Messiah, who is our Grace.
John 5:33 - "You have sent to John, and he has testified to the TRUTH.
Jesus is the TRUTH of God, and we are called to testify of this Grace, the TRUTH of God revealed through Jesus Christ.
Luke 1:37 - "For NOTHING will be impossible with God.”
Regardless of your current situation and no matter how bad things seem to be, the TRUTH is NOTHING is impossible with God. God is BIGGER than all your problems and issues. KNOW THE TRUTH!
John 17:17-19 - "Sanctify them in the TRUTH; Your word is TRUTH… For their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified in TRUTH."
John the Baptist came to testify to the coming Messiah, the TRUTH that came to make us FREE!
John 8:32 - "and you will know the TRUTH, and the TRUTH will make you free.”
Always remember, NOTHING can separate us from the TRUTH. But we can stray from the truth. Yes, we can get mixed up and off the mark, and when we do, always remember, Jesus is the TRUTH. Return to Jesus, and recall everything JESUS ALREADY did, realizing that TRUTH has set us FREE.
James 5:19-20 - "My brethren, if any among you strays from the TRUTH and one turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins."
We have assurances from the TRUTH. If we stay with the TRUTH we know we already have everything we need, and we lack NOTHING. Jesus has done it all and has provided it all.
Philippians 4:6 - "Be anxious for NOTHING, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."
Here’s our full assurance… “If we stick with NOTHING and add NOTHING we receive EVERYTHING. Through NOTHING we have the full assurance of receiving EVERYTHING.
John 15:5 - "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do NOTHING."
Through God, we can do it all because Jesus has already done it all. Jesus is connected to God because He is the Word of God, the TRUTH of God.
John 9:33 - "If this man were not from God, He could do NOTHING.”
